Hi! I'm Erin, your PregnancyFit Coach


When I found out I was pregnant in May 2022, I was working FT, doing CrossFit, and running. I had no idea what to expect . I started asking doctors and coaches questions about fitness and nutritional do's and don'ts. I discovered there was a lack of resources or even accurate, up-to-date information. Which ultimately led me here with you!

If any of this resonates with you, you are in the right place. I want to walk this journey with you. I want to make your pregnancy as seamless as possible to the delivery room and a healthy recovery when returning back to "normal" life. Body aches? Not moving quite like you once did? Unsure of what fitness routine seems to be appropriate for you these days. Let me help you find movement modifications, core engagement, and proper breathing techniques to ensure you are safely moving through your pregnancy.

I do also offer in-person one-on-one personal training for my local clients. I love working with women at any stage of pregnancy. Helping women feel strong and confident throughout their pregnancy is my goal each day.

My 1:1 online coaching program covers fitness, nutrition, support, and/or whatever combination you are looking for. We will dive into your current nutritional habits, work through any fitness limitations, and discuss how you can feel supported through your pregnancy or postpartum journey. I want you to feel STRONG, CONFIDENT, and PREPARED when you enter the delivery room.

My 1:1 personal training program will focus on safe and effective movements for you and your baby in real time. I will work with you through breathing techniques that are best, how to properly engage and stabilize your core to help with coning or stretching, and how to safely modify movements so you feel confident in your body's ability to move. I will teach you how to listen to your body as you move.
