Hi, I’m Erin...
I’m a certified trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in helping pregnant and postpartum women overcome body discomfort and nutritional challenges.
When it comes to being certified as a PregnancyFit Coach, I have firsthand pregnancy and postpartum experience...what its like to work full-time, keep up with your fitness goals, meal prep/eat healthy, hydrate, and get enough sleep all the while growing another human. Pregnancy is a magical time, but it sure is tough.
I am a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Trainer (2025) and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (2024).

My Journey Into Becoming Your PregnancyFit Coach Started Back In 2024...Â
After 2 years of struggling to have baby #2, stress levels on HIGH with corporate work and travel, raising a toddler, fertility treatments, trying to maintain a balanced diet, and a fitness routine. It was tough. I knew I had to make a change. The path I was on was not healthy. I was worn out, stressed to the max, sad, discouraged, overwhelmed, yet, you couldn't tell. Why? Well, because it had to get done! Can you relate?

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….
I had my first baby, Finnian. All the struggles of sleepless nights, heartburn, constipation, scaling workouts, eating clean-ish, enduring illness with no medications, round ligament pain, and so much more was over. After pushing for 2 hours, he finally made his appearance. And, as I held my baby boy in my arms for the first time, all I could think about was "wow, look at this perfect little boy I created."
From This Moment On, My Life Changed ForeverÂ
A new era began. Motherhood. Postpartum. Back to sleepless nights, scaling workouts, trying to eat clean, breastfeeding (ouch!), and trying to again, do it all! I thought he was never going to sleep through the night (he did). I thought I was never going to get back into shape (I did). I thought was never going to lose the baby weight (I did). Pregnancy and postpartum are two very difficult times for women, I know, I have been through it. But I am here to tell you, YOU can do it. With the right coach, the right plan, and the willingness to show up and take action. YOU will succeed!Â

PregnancyFit Personal Training is for any pregnant or postpartum mom who wants to follow a pregnancy safe workout in-person.
The aim is to get your body warm, work on strength, intensity, safe movements, and/or modifications
By the end of this program, you will:
- understand how to tune into your body movements
- learn how to breathe through various exercises
- learn how to strengthen your body to prepare it for birth
- learn how to heal your body (postpartum) through proper movements focused on core and pelvic floor
