My programs will focus on moving your body properly and safely, staying hydrated, fueling your body in the right way, sleep, and resting your body when necessary.


FITNESS
Are you exhausted? Fighting fatigue? Do you suffer from low back pain or sciatica? Are your feet and ankles swelling? Are your face and hands getting puffier by the day? Constipation? Can't sleep? Mood swings? If this sounds like you, then you are in the right place.
Here is how I plan to help you combat all the common pregnancy symptoms: 1:1 online coaching which will consist of weekly 30-minute Zoom calls to help keep you accountable; on demand access to Erin for support when you need it between sessions; customizable workout plans or modifications based on your weekly workout regimen.
Exercise is not only great for you, but its great for your baby. I will help you feel strong and confident before and after your delivery!

NUTRITION
Are you suffering from morning sickness? Let's be real, all day sickness? Having trouble finding something that sounds appealing? Is heartburn affecting you daily? Bloating? Are you having trouble going to the bathroom? If this sounds like you, then you are in the right place.

PREGNANCYFIT TRAINING
If you are local to Atlanta, GA and would love to work one-on-one with me in my gym, or yours, I would love to coach you personally! I did 10 months of CrossFit while pregnant with my now 2 year old, and I know how hard it is to find someone knowledgeable in pregnancy and postpartum fitness. I am a CF-Level 1 trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Trainer, and soon to be certified BIRTHFIT coach.
My training will work with you where you are in your pregnancy journey. We will work together for 60 minutes. We will get our bodies warmed-up, work on strength, cardio, intensity (depending on you), and then cool down with some stretching.
During my pregnancy, I felt the most confident when I was in the gym - I want to help you feel the same way!
